BOSCH Warranty Information

BSH Home Appliances ("BOSCH") warrants all new small appliances sold to be free from original defects in design, materials and workmanship for the time period indicated below for each appliance:

Hand Mixers: MFQ 2100
One year for parts and labor.

Compact Series Kitchen Machine: MUM 4405, MUM 4420, MUM 4620, MUM 4635
One year for parts and labor. Three years for motor only.

Universal Series Kitchen Machine: MUM 6610, MUM 6622, MUM 6630
One year for parts and labor. Three years for motor only.

Concept Series Kitchen Machine: MUM 7000, MUM 7010, MUM 7100,
MUM 7150, MUM 7220, MUM 7400, MEK 7000
One year for parts and labor. Three years for motor only.

Blenders: MMB 1000, MMB 2000
One year for parts and labor.

Coffee Machines: TKA 2801, TKA 2811, TKA 2830, TKA 2831
One year for parts and labor.

Coffee Grinder: MKM 6000, MKM 6003
One year for parts and labor.

F.A. Porsche Designer Series Coffee Maker: TKA 9110
One year for parts and labor.

F.A. Porsche Designer Series Blender: MMB 9110
One year for parts and labor.

F.A. Porsche Designer Series Citrus Juicer: MCP 9110
One year for parts and labor.

F.A. Porsche Designer Series Water Kettle: TWK 9110
One year for parts and labor.

Steam Irons: TDA 8 Series, TDA 13 Series, TDA 15 Series, TDA 23 Series and TDA 24 Series
One year for parts and labor.

Within the stated warranty period, BOSCH will repair or replace, at its sole option, any vacuum or parts thereof which prove defective under conditions of normal use and service at no charge to you. Repaired and replacement vacuums and parts shall assume the identity of the original for the purposes of this warranty.

In case you have a problem with your new BOSCH small appliance and to obtain performance of this warranty, please contact our customer service department at 1-866-44-BOSCH. DO NOT attempt to service the vacuum yourself as this will void the warranty.

This warranty is limited to the original consumer purchase and is not transferable. Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, including tampering, use on a frequency or voltage other than marked on the product, and use for commercial purposes.

To the extent allowed by law, this warranty sets out your exclusive remedies, whether for negligence or otherwise. BOSCH will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, losses or expenses. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESSED WARRANTIES. ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, WHETHER FOR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE EFFECTIVE ONLY FOR THE PERIOD THAT THIS EXPRESSED WARRANTY IS EFFECTIVE.

No attempt to alter, modify or amend this warranty shall be effective unless authorized in writing by an officer of BOSCH. Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranties last or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
