Gift Certificates Policy

To Purchase On-Line Gift Certificates
Choose the denomination of the gift certificate you like and proceed to the checkout just as you would for any regular order. At checkout, along with your billing information, you will be asked to provide an email address of the gift certificate recipient. Once you complete your purchase, the gift certificate recipient will receive an email notification of your gift to them. This email will include your gift message (if you chose to include one), gift certificate code, and instructions on how to redeem a gift certificate(s) at StudioLX.com. Alternatively, if the recipient does not have an email address, you may choose to include your own. All you need to do in this case is just give the certificate code you will receive to the recipient and they are set for happy shopping.

To Redeem On-Line Gift Certificates
Add items you would like to buy to your shopping cart. At checkout, simply enter your gift certificate code into the “Coupon or Promotional Code” field and click Apply. Make sure that you enter the complete code, starting with the "@" sign. If you've received more than one gift certificate for StudioLX.com, you can enter all the codes separated by commas. You do not have to spend the exact amount on your gift card. If the amount of the gift certificate covers the cost of your order, you don't need to enter your credit card information. However, if the gift certificate amount does not cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance by credit card. If your order is less than the amount of gift certificate, we will issue a new one for the amount left. The new certificate code will be included in your order confirmation.

Our on-line gift certificates do not expire. They are easily transferable and should be treated as money. Please be sure to securely retain your gift certificate code for future use.
