It is an authentically professional product. For preparing 2x3 liters ice cream, sorbet and granita of superb quality either in the fixed or in the removable bowl delivered with the machine.

• Gelato Pro 6000 uses two separate, independent freezing and churning installations. This allows saving energy in case you need to produce a limited quantity of mixture.
• Gelato Pro 6000 is equipped with two 18/10 stainless steel bowls.
• Ice cream can be made in the fixed bowls (made of 18/10 stainless steel) or in the removable bowls.
• Each bowl has a capacity of 3 l. and allows preparing 1.5 kg. of mixture in 30-40 minutes.
• The maximum production capacity is 6 kg. in 60-70 minutes.
• The churning motor is fitted with an automatic re-starting thermostat.
