The dining set is very feminine and takes its name from the Liselund country seat, which is located in the most beautiful and romantic gardens on the island Møn. Liselund Castle was build in the late 18th century by the Lord of the Bedchamber Antoine de la Calmette and his wife Lisa, both of whom sought a romantic summer residence.
Liselund is designed by the young Danish designer, Diana Holstein. The modern patterns are inspired by the colours of nature and the overall design concept builds bridges between modern lifestyles and classic romanticism.
"I hope that Liselund will bring a little harmony and romance into peoples everyday life and perhaps even be passed along to future generations one day"; the designer says.
