Placing Orders
For your convenience orders may be placed online using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Your personal and credit card information is protected by the highest standards of encryption technology. Sales taxes do not apply to all orders outside of Illinois.

Orders may also be faxed to us at (847) 793-0357 or mailed to the address below. StudioLX.com will accept alternative payment methods including personal checks, certified checks and money orders. The order will be shipped upon clearance of such payment.

Shipping Info
All orders for in-stock merchandise will be shipped on the next day after placing the order. Orders placed on Fridays and weekends will be shipped on the following Monday. Out of stock orders and custom-built porcelain sets are usually shipped within 4-6 weeks from the time the order was made. StudioLX.com will notify you via email of any change/delay to your order. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or to the FPO and APO addresses.

StudioLX.com provides FREE shipping and handling for continental UPS Ground (3-5 days delivery) for all orders over $150. The following Shipping and Handling charges will apply for GROUND shipping:

orders under $50................................$5.50
orders between $50-$99.99..............$7.75
orders between $100-$124.99........$10.50
orders between $125-$149.99........$12.00
orders over $150................................FREE

International and expedited shipping is available. Standard UPS delivery terms will apply to international and expedited shipments depending on the size and destination of such shipments. Any export taxes or fees that may apply to international shipments are payable by the customer.

Please note that manufacturer's warranties are void for all appliances shipped to destinations outside of the United States.

Returns and Exchanges
StudioLX.com is committed to delivering unique products of the highest quality to our customers. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason, other than our error, you decide not to keep your merchandise, StudioLX.com will accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We will refund the full price of the item(s) excluding shipping, handling and 20% restocking fee. All acrylic items are custom made to order and may not be returned.

Because all glass and porcelain products featured at StudioLX.com are hand made, slight variations may exist from the items shown on this website. These variations may not be considered flaws, rather a personal touch of the designer, which makes each item one of a kind.

To request a refund, please email us at returns@studiolx.com within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. Please include the item(s) description, date of purchase, and reasons for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with further instructions on processing your request. Refunds will not be issued without prior authorization. Refusing a shipment does not comply with the terms of this return policy and will result in shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee charged to the customer for any refused item. StudioLX.com will accept returned items in unused and undamaged condition in their original packaging. StudioLX.com is not responsible for any return shipping losses.
