Harald Nielsen's silver cutlery Pyramid is restrained Art Deco. The opening of Tutankhamun's tomb in 1923 inspired its geometric, pyramid-formed top. Its simplicity envisages the functionalist era.
"The cutlery's ornamentation is designed to accentuate the overall harmony of the piece but at the same time exists completely for its own sake and must never dominate," so said Harald Nielsen.
He was Georg Jensen's closest confidant and colleague for years. After Georg Jensen’s death, he took over as Artistic Director of the silver smithy.
Std. 5-Piece Place Setting includes: • Dinner Fork • Dinner Knife • Luncheon Fork • Desert Spoon • Tea Spoon
Other pieces and individual items are available upon request.
